There's enough evidence to say that everything is information, but not enough to call it a simulation. We'd have to figure out what information actually is first before we start drawing any further conclusions.

Beyond it being "vibrational energy", the phenomenon exists. It's existence itself is what we would call information. We don't know what makes things exist, therefore we can't make any certain statements about the framework that allows such a thing to happen, such as "everything is a simulation".

Then by your own words, if there's something we still don't understand about it, would it still be considered "everything"? Also dude, we don't even know what light is. We don't have the technological capacity to see how small photons can actually get, so we just fudge over the matter by saying they are "infinitely small". Science is filled with shit like this. Dark matter and energy are other good examples. We don't know anything. People just pretend like they do in order to stroke their own egos, or to get more research funding.

The actual answer is yes, of course we live in a simulation.
Someone is running a physics simulation right now, which is proven by the simple fact that we can build cars, computers and sex toys (these are just totally random examples) by making use of the laws that discipline has mostly uncovered. And there are many more "laws" (machinations) of that simulation which we are still exploring.
The actual question is, who is running the simulation.

thats some subtle trolling lol its been proven at best we have a 1 in 3 chance of being base reality but most equations lead to us almost certainly being in a simulation and if you look closely you will notice. and we are the ones running the simulation, at some point we gained the know how to simulate reality with quantum computers so we simulated our own human race as an experiment. dont you think its funny that out of all the time in history we are living in a global pandemic, donald trump boris johnson fucking metverse idk its too late and im to high to explain but basically we created the simulation

As we are not yet capable of creating a simulation it is 50/50 we have to be the first and only as in not in a simulation or the last that has not yet created a simulated world, the statistics that we are in a simulation are only valid if we are currently the last in line

option 1 we manage to simulate reality
option 2 is we gain the knowledge of how to simulate reality but dont for ethical reasons ie giving sentient life etc
option 3 we are about to be destroyed as a planet and we will never reach a point in time when we can simulate reality...

i would highly recommend looking into it, its not tin foil hat nuts saying all the evidence points to this, its the greatest minds on earth and from my limited understanding of
quantum mechanics it seems undeniable. there are glitches everywhere.
