Hey Everyone! Apparently the server hosting the banner files is down. So here is a list of all of the contestants with links to their banners.

Please vote for your favorite banner! Each banner creator deserves a pat on the back for their hard work!

Again, here are the prizes:

1st place: .6 XMR

2nd place: .3 XMR

3rd place: .1 XMR

I get not being able to vote for your own, but why wouldn't you be able to vote for a competitors?

Because you are competing against that person.

Do you still not see it my way? If not please let me know your reasoning why this should be allowed. From my perspective, all votes should come from the general public outside of the contestants because it is possible this vote could be a tie breaker and it would not seem fair if that vote came from another contestant (as its entirely possible they may have some kind of pact to help each other win... just saying hypothetically) Do you get what I am saying?

I see what you are saying. I too misread the rule.

Yeah, I get what you're saying, I suppose. It's just also entirely possible that others voted for a contestant because they had some pact to help them win, so it's a null point. Especially given the way the contest is set up and how different the submissions are, even if one was voting for another because they're friends, and the other voted for them for the same reason, how many of the other votes weren't due to friendship too? I don't really see why competitors shouldn't still get to vote for another, plus it gets the added bonus of respecting an opponent.
