For software? Why not just use the Monero GUI/CLI?
Hardware wallet the Trezor is seemingly a good option. Don't listen to the FUD about it.

I am looking into hardware, but I have heard this new wallet in the crypto industry called NGRAVE is better than Trezor.

ledger nano x asks for access to your device location as soon as you install the "ledger live" app on your phone, they presumably spy on you. but in their desktop wallet they don't need such permission.
