Not really, wouldn't agree with your way of thinking or where you are going. There are exchanges that accept only ID which can be self made. If you are asking how to do buying anonymously then its a matter of your own research you do. I've mentioned one way which is one of the easiest really. You can always find people that can sell you coins for cash personally know few

if you wanna buy monero, there is no need to worry about where to buy it because as soon as it's moved, all links, amounts transferred, etc are not visible to any third parties.
but with bitcoin and other crypto currencies things are a little bit different, as everything about a transaction is clearly visible on their respective blockchains.
