Just purchased a tech savy PDF about alot of technology, this is a stupid question but can I email it to myself on clear net to open it there instead of booting up Tails everytime. Theres information about exploits etc in it thats why I wanted to ask here first

i would pgp it send it to a burner phone from a new email. transfer it with a cable to pc.
But really I would just boot tails everytime.

Depending on how shady the source is, you might also want to clean-up the pdf with a tool like dangerzone.
