Dread reply to comment Rotate the images Captcha never appears

Anytime I attempt to reply to a comment the Rotate the images Captcha window pops up but the Captcha itself never appears, what am I doing wrong?

just click on add comment and it works

You are doing nothing wrong. It's just a bug when the system decides you are in the middle of being human or a bot. There is a bug somewhere in the dynamic captcha code. Not sure where.

Was getting the same thing earlier. For me, if I hit rotate once on all three it would successfully post my comments.

Take a new identity refresh do it multiple times it will come
