If you absolutely "need" to access facebook, you're best be is likely to create the account from a burner mobile device you paid cash for. Generally, platforms are more forgiving when it comes to account creation via mobile.
Once created, where and how you log in gets a little more flexible. Find a vpn you "trust" and maybe don't login from your home network regardless.
