i wanted to know if i give someone my personal info for a job could they use it against me later on if so how should i proceed thanks.

Yes ...they can use against you to harm you or to blackmail you...or for many other bad things.... to obtain from you money ...

This is not recommended at all to give your real identity to nobody here..... You must Trust nobody ...
