changes that i make to firefox settings before doing fraud?? got my socks 5 vpn vm etc already..

if you're doing fraud and using anything other than the target's browser settings you're going to raise red flags

so pretty much just use my vpn socks etc inside my vm clean cookies etc & just use firefox at default settings ??

correct, mimic a normal user's browser settings as closely as possible.
