NOOB - wus good yall.. I have a hacked portugal paypal acc (w/ opsec, user agent, cookies etc.) and i am trying to add a cc to it for cashout. I have been searching online but it seems hard to find fresh bins. I also tried to link one card to the acc but it said invalid adress. does that mean its a vbv card? (does the card have to be frm the same country regardless of nonvbv?)my plan was to buy apple gift cards in paypal through the acc. if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated im tryna make my first cashout i feel like im getting so close its crazy all the trial and error i did to get here lol.
