I've tried everything I even tried going to USPS to get the mail forwarded to my drop but they won't let me do that either could I maybe get store cards? I mean can someone who is not a scammer help me out here. I just need a couple of cards to get by.

Just call the bank, you have all the info on victim, and reroute the card..
say that you will not be able to pickup the card from the main address and you need it to your other addy... Its simple
