You send cash via mail: get rid of fingerprints, don't use your address and use a remote monero node or a local monero node via tor.
I think, it doesn't care much, but please tell me, if I'm wrong.

I agree with the comments above, Localmonero would be your best bet. Cash by mail. But it's a lot harder to find people on there doing it these days compared to a few years ago. Also Crypto ATM's but they have high fees. If you use them, wear a hat and mask

what about getting a few "buddies" buying xmr for you and then trasfer to one of your wallets and then so on?
