Where can I see if my BTC address is marked dirty?

It doesnt really work like that, it doesnt get marked dirty, but you can assess how "clean" it is based on what you have done with it. Companies and LE do blockchain analysis to determine the risk involved with your address. There are many things that increase your risk score, but generally if your crypto has been through a high risk exchange (one that has little to no KYC, or deals in Monero) or service (Mixer, tumbler, coin-join, cross-chain swapping), its going to raise red flags. The only "clean" crypto is going to be BTC that was just recently mined, or that was purchased from a KYC compliant exchange.

Always, ALWAYS, cash out using a peer to peer service.
