-Install the incognito wallet from incognito dot org

-Create your wallet

-Go on "more" and click on faucet to receive PRV token (gas token)

-Click on "wallet" and on "shield a coin" and select "USDT" with the good token format (ERC,BSC) and bridge the coin.

-After the coin is bridged go on "trade" and click on "swap"

-Select "USDT" -> "XMR" put the amount of USDT you want to swap and click on "swap", you can buy more PRV for your next trades and withdrawals.

-After the swap go on "Wallet" click on Monero and on "...", click on send, put the monero address of your wallet and the amount, after PRV fees are displayed, click on " send anonymously"
