Hi, recently the son of one of my friend died and my friend don't know his son's phone password and he really want to unlock it.
Can somebody explain me how to unlock the phone plz?
The phone is a Samsing A12 and the password is made of 4 characters and one of those is a number.
Please help me it's really important for my friend.

If you have the device you can try:
1st use a USB cable to connect your device to computer or laptop, 2nd open the command prompt by pressing Win + R and then enter CMD, 3rd last step once here, type this command and you’re Samsung device will disable the lock screen: adb shell rm /data/system/gesture.key

Apparently I need to turn on the usb debugging mod but I can't because I cant unlock the phone.
