Is there any safe way to order in BULK within EU? I searched everywhere for domestic vendors but as it seems there none.

give the DNM bible a read. 'safe' is a very subjective DN concept.

Indeed, safe remains subjective in a field where a simple mistake can lead to unforeseen consequences.
You said you couldn't find a domestic vendor ? Are you living in a small country ?
