Is ozbabe all good?

Hello fellow gronks,

I ordered from /u/ozbabe on the 4th on abacus and my order was accepted but not marked as shipped nor was the tracking sent out.

According to abacus they were last online on the 5th which is a little unusual for them.

I've messaged them on abacus with no luck and I've just messaged them here to see how I should proceed.

Just wondering if anyones seen any busts or anything of that nature that could be ozbabe or is it potentially just a big mix up?

nope, no idea personally - but a quick dread search would show they are pretty flaky at the best of times and have had numerous issues.

Next time do some research bud , ozbabe has been fucking his customers these past few weeks and should be removed from all markets in my opinion.

yeah same here man. havnt heard a peep. i ordered on the 5th, same deal.

it appears to be an exit of some sort but then again ive had nothing but a great run with them. so

perhaps something personal or maybe he got done. im gunna wait it out until mid next week and

hopefully they pull through.

This is maybe my third order, no problems with the first two.

Ozbabe has contacted me to say that abacus has locked them out of their account - also told me to simply cancel the order which i can't do because it's already been accepted.

I contacted abacus 4 days ago about this to try and get it sorted out but they've not yet replied - if they did infact lock ozbabe out of their account they should at least give them some time to fix up refunds etc...

I've spent a lot of money on that market and the lack of customer support is becoming a little infuriating.

I would love to be let back in and issue refunds. I am also aware that things have been shitty lately. The problem person is gone and we are back to normal service.

I expect there will still be a bunch of burned customers that will never order again, but we will be there for the others.
