The sub is in need of more (active) moderation. Due to lack of time on my part and absence of the other mods, the sub hasn't been kept as tidy as it could have. I believe the community can benefit from added and improved resources and links on the wiki, as well as stricter moderation against repeated questions.

To apply for a moderator position, we ask you to write a (short) motivation. You may send your application to the mods or leave a reply to this thread.

We are looking for applicants that:

- can demonstrate they have a general understanding of Monero

- are able to communicate clearly in English

- have an objective, levelheaded attitude

- are willing to help improve and maintain resources on the wiki

Your post history along with any off-site profiles or projects you point to will be reviewed. Prior moderator experience is not required. Spokespersons for DNMs or crypto exchanges will not be considered.

After all applications are reviewed, up to two new moderators will be selected. You have until September 30th to submit your application.
