So I placed an order with kckcrcshop. Vendor was very responsive, replied to every email within a few minutes, then as soon as I sent the payment, vendor did not respond or acknowledge that payment had been received, so this had me a little worried considering every email up to that point was almost instant response. I finally get an email confirming payment had been received. His paste bin says processing time is 24-48hrs after payment received, well it gets to be over 48 hrs and I get no shipping confirmation, and nothing pops up on my informed delivery, so I emailed em checking on it. A slow response later says that "my order was prepared to ship today".. well another 2 days go by and still nothing on informed delivery or anything. So at this point I just said hey man can u either get my order sent out today or refund my money? He replied asking for refund address. So I sent him the address and he did refund me, although the price of btc has dropped since then so my coin is worth a decent bit less now, so I'll have to throw MORE $ into it to place my order with someone else. So no, he didn't scam me, he did send my money back, but he sat on my money for a week telling me it was going out and it never did. Not very good customer service at all. Especially considering half of it wasn't my money and I've got this person asking about it and now have to just tell them all I got is most of their $ back...

Thanks for the experience report. Vendors are not responsible for crypto fluctuation. No one would complain had crypto gone up.
It sounds like the vendor was frustrated by your impatience and refunded you to be done with it. People should not wait until the last minute to order nor expect delivery until 7-10 days after payment was made. This is not about you but instead a general principle. I had someone complain to me that he paid on a Sunday night and the vendor told him that he would ship it Monday and he said nothing showed on ID Monday.

That's exactly what it was. He was being annoying and assuming he had been "scammed" bc he wasn't contacted 24 hrs after paying which is clearly not our policy. Then he started threatening to leave a bad review here so we simply refunded him and chose not to do business with him.

I believe that was the best possible resolution. Generally if things start off on a bad foot they don't wind up working out well in the end.
