Hello Everyone,
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD READ A VENDORS TERMS AND FEEDBACK BEFORE(underline with three lines, bolded, all caps x3, Italicized) ORDERING!!!!! I have had about 10 people just today ask, "how long does shipping take", "when will my order be here", "how long should I expect this order to take". You really made an illegal, darknet purchase and you risked both yours and your vendors, as well as potentially a drop persons life and you didn't even care to read a profile description first??
This is supposed to be more than a rant. We need to bring more attention to the importance of reading terms BEFORE ordering illicit substances. Markets usually do a decent job at this. There is usually some sort of warning in a red box and some sort of page on a marketplace that states to do so - people just skip that part. It should be AFTER that time frame that you message the vendor about what is going on. Not just leave negative feedback and disappear. Not ask rudely. Not jump to conclusions, but ask. Don't demand a refund and don't dispute before at least reaching out once and allowing 12-24 hours before a response. It really is simple and it really is the standard rule when ordering.
If you want a good ordering experience, be kind, be smart and use Escrow to your advantage. It is there for a reason. If you are gonna just leave a negative review before even reaching out, at least come back at some point lol. Geez.
Be safe everyone!
Mush Love,

agreed. by the same token, vendors need to respect the terms they set out in their profiles. if you (not *you* specifically, obv) say refund or reship if 2 weeks no movement & it's been a month since "label created," i don't want to have to chase you down to get my money back. mods are curiously reluctant to get involved on these issues even when it's all spelled out right there in the profile...and there in the dispute conversation...multiple times.

Copying and pasting a FAQ will surely help you in this difficult situation. I understand how you feel, /u/Psychetopia.
One day, all users will have an integrated AI to answer their own trivial questions :D.

Kinda reminds me how people post here without reading that wall of text they have to scroll past to actually make the post. You know, the text with the posting rules? The text that clearly enumerates the rules. Even rule 2, which some here should know by heart because some people always read the posting rules.
Some don't and that's a shame so we keep those names in the "shame on you" book and tag them for continuous monitoring.
So, yeah, read the terms, conditions, rules, instructions, safety manuals, etc every where you go.

What? You mean I can't get a tracking number before I place an order? I can't have the package sent to my grandmother's cousin's dog's next door neighbor but change it after it ships? You don't offer yesterday delivery or free samples? Wow - but everyone else does!

people want their products yesterday.. so there is that.
but,
standardised minimum standards would be nice.
i always think to myself, the old "i take no responsibility for anything" on escrow vendors is a bit rich.

I was hoping the market captchas would get rid of those type of bots also, unfortunate.

One of the most basic things people do not even bother to check

I definitely agree that markets need to add some sort of system prior to a purchase, like a dlsclaimer that you've read and agreed the terms and agreements to the vendor you're purchasing from.
I get the frustration as I go through the same but I would try not to let it get to your emotions too hard , as we're vendors and we need to stay on our toes, and everybody knows dumbass customers exist. Let them be stupid, because it is US whose going out there risking a prison sentence.

im not personally a vendor but i do have a lot of empathy for vendors considering they have to deal with stuff like this. speaking from experience as a customer, please please be respectful and nice to your vendors. it is so worth it. there have been many occasions where i have been patient and respectful to my vendor, updated them about how their product was personally through messages, and ending up with a freebie or extras in my next order. seriously. many vendors will give back if you are respectful and humane. they are people too! much love to all the vendors reading this message (except for those that lace and scam). (ALSO DONT EXPECT ANYTHING EXTRA JUST BECAUSE YOUR NICE, THIS WAS JUST AN EXAMPLE)
