I wouldn't trust them.
If you want cards, go to a russian based one, they got all the good cards.
If you want paypals, find an atshop or a sellpass.

If people don't talk about it here, it's likely a scam.
If you see any dark web site selling cards for over $15, paypals (at all), western union transfers (if I even need to say this), or get rich quick shit, it's a scam.
There is and always will be more fraud sites on the clean web than the dark web.
There's more sites to buy cards and fullz on the front page of google rather than any dark web search engine.

Absolutely not. I used to buy cards several times a day for around $15 each. A $100 card is an absolute scam.

There's no markets or vendors that sell cards with specific amounts of money. That's a scam. If it's not a credit card, it's almost impossible to even get the balance of the card.
Any card over $15 is proxied from a marketplace. Any card over $40 is just a plain scam.
You're even making posts about these markets so I'm wondering if you're just delusional or just trying to scam people.
