I've read the dnmbible on crypto but still have some remaining questions and hope y'all can help me out.
1. so i have some btc in centralized exchanges (like coinbase and those), as long as i exchange it to xmr and save it on a wallet that isnt linked to my identity, i would be safe? if i was to be investigated, would the fact that i sent out a x amount of btc be enough evidence to incriminate me?
2. i read somewhere that using vpn on exchanges would de-anonymize me, where i am i must use vpn to access these exchanges, would vpn in my case still deanonymize me? are there any ways around that. (tails is also unavailable where i am)
3. also might've missed this on the bible but what are some legit wallets i can use that wont be linked to my identity, when im convertin xmr bac to btc? can i use that wallet to send btc to people?

Use Monero Wallet monero wallet gui download Version 0.18.1.0 ( Takes time to synchronize after installation )
Use Electrum Bitcoin Wallet Version 4.3.2 ( Create a Segwit Wallet , check on youtube )
Then you are safe

which exchange do u recommend for buying monero?
