I need something that can knock me out for at least 12hours at a time. Reasons are complex but long periods of sleep are needed and it has to work.
Seroquel is one of the only things I know of that will do this consistently. Any idea where to buy it or something else that will do the same?

IMHO mirtazapine would be a better choice. It is an antidepressant with less negative side effects than seroquel which is an anti-psychotic which many psychiatrists believe should not be prescribed if only to treat insomnia.
