Got a SECOND letter in the mail advertising direct deals from a previous AB vendor, /u/alphagear.
This is not OK.
Vendors should be deleting customer info as soon as they have the label printed. Keeping them is just a liability for both parties. I would never do a DD with someone that blatantly disregards their customer's privacy and security in this way, and I'd never use them again on any market now that I know how they run their business.
Not only is he saving customer info, he stamps his fucking vendor name on the outside of the envelope. How stupid can he be?
AG, if you're reading this, delete your list of saved customer info now, you damn idiot!

Dickhead should be banned from every market immediately.

Stamps his vendor name on the oustside of the envelope? OMG, that even tops the one who sent a business card with every order.
Not your vendor but gotta love it when the vendor sends a CC advertisement to his customer list instead of BCC so they all know his whole list.

I mean that is just incredibly stupid. LE collects the names of vendors who are active so it would be pretty fucking obvious what was inside the package. Fuck this vendor if this guy is telling the truth.

Vendor drives 75 miles to drop pack in remote blue box, writes vending name on outside of it.

Report it to the admins of the market.
He's a perfect fucking example of what not to do as vendor - putting his fucking vendor name on his packs?
Report it. OPSEC is worth your life remember that, it could end up with the feds;
but this cunt seems like they don't give a fuck.
Report it - make sure the admin knows it's an insane OPSEC breach, or ensure they ban them without restraint.
As a buyer; I have more fucking OPSEC than these selllers.

I remember reading about Martell doing something like this. No idea if true or FUD from a competitor.

Good work in spreading info on vendors like him!

Definitely report this to market admins, this is grounds for a ban in my books.

Report and burn whatever you got. That guy clearly isn't to be trusted with anything.

There is no way someone can be this stupid..

Honestly, I am fully lost about stamping his vendor name on the outside...... Alphagear has to be such a bait thing to have on the outside of a parcel. I thought not saving customer details was basic opsec? I get the fact of securing customers encase everything goes to shit. But I would expect a contact card with my parcel when I order and not a random one a while later.

hmm, very interesting, he is on our market, pretty new still. Just no comment, I have no word to say, ok if he would send only a letter inside the order (envelope) or package, but stamping his name on the envelope, he either doesn`t realize how baad for his and customers` security it is.

Maybe he thinks he's selling on Ebay and needs advertising :))
