I am very desperate right now and dont know what to do. I made a ticket a week ago about 2 missing withdraw still no answer from /u/DeSanke , and again my last withdraw is missing again, so now there are 3 missing withdraws for me.

I messaged the mods if this problem is known or is there any help coming but no single answer i put my shop on vacation and shipped my last orders without getting paid so sad right now.

You know instead of running around making comments when we have been always straight with you, replied to you several times in the past days, even handled other issues regarding your account when we did not have to, you could exercise and preach if you must some patience. There is not a team or a market with our reputation and consistency so again have a bit of patience.

Same goes for /u/madmax01 and OP /u/fidelity525. OP also topics are deleted where they spread FUD and/or have no evidence or it is a support matter. Yours is a support matter hence why you might have had yours deleted.

friend its been 3 full days

and 4 weeks for businessclass where he just getting no where about 3 or 4 missing withdrawls

trust is built my friend and i have earned mine and it can be lost 100x quicker than it took to build it up

and as of now we got a heap of vendors out of pocket and xmr price is dropping

u cant all be that busy to not refund anyone that i know and theres alot

il check in 24 hours to see if its in my wallet and on ur platform

Businessclass should answer for himself. Since you want to bring in other vendors business, he had actually sent it to a btc address for which he was already refunded for 2 days ago.

For all the writing and jumping on the FUD train at every chance you failed to read the most important part. If you have missing withdraw open a support and it will be credited to your market balance alongside a compensation so you can withdraw again.

Hey mate I get where you are coming from but you need to wait for Desnake to get through tickets to you. Insulting desnake doesn't help or speed up tickets. Like he said businessclass was taken care of and your problem wont be taking much longer I am guessing.

How about those of us who have a dispute AND ticket open for 2+ months with no response from staff? I am in that situation and no one is providing support on your market. It's very disappointing as AB is superior in all aspects except support.

I just want to quickly add (even though DeSnake has already addressed your concerns here again) that if you had a withdraw that was not processed (and this applies to anyone else this may concern), then please create/refer to your support ticket on the marketplace and wait for a response. No issue will go unresolved, and all open tickets will be attended to.

Given that you have received responses from nearly all of the staff members and the administrator, as well as the fact that it has now been highlighted for you, I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish with all these comments that are only rephrased versions of the same issue to which you have been addressed/advised.

Just because you are leaving comments at every turn and corner here on dread regarding your on-going support issue does not mean your ticket will skip the queue and be prioritized over others who have also patiently been waiting in front of you because as you know tickets are answered oldest to newest and not the other way around so you will need to exercise some patience and your case will be looked into/resolved when it reaches your turn just like vendor businessclass.

I can see why you might be worried or frustrated, but your behavior—which includes making comments and throwing a fit—is quite adolescent-like and immature. I would expect you, as a vendor, to be aware and understand that the administrator has a much heavier workload compared to any other moderator and important daily administrative tasks that must be handled in addition to support tickets to make sure the market is running smoothly and to guarantee perfect uptime, which includes mitigating DoS attacks as we are constantly attacked, just like dread.

We don't pretend to be perfect, but as in the past, we have always resolved any issues that have risen and we always keep our promises and stand by them, have we not? We have always been very transparent with the community during each time as we have been here.

sorry, but not true. have had open ticket for 4 months. I am unable tor raise a new one because the old one is still open. it prevents any new tickets. Just close my ticket, nothing else is needed. if not, will open new account or just use other site since they have same vendors for purpsoe needed. . I think you guys do a great job and I am sure it is overwhelming. But this puts me in a bad spot. happy holiday.

We have made multiple deposit and withdraw tests and it is working flawless currently. /u/lifeonmarzzz /u/MentalGymnastics

In regards to direct pay - some AlphaGuard nodes had been underperforming hence they were not able to be as stable as we expect them to be. The issue was a rare race condition which by the looks of it gets triggered by specific kernel version as it was not present in the rest. Those ones underperforming now use the kernel branch where the issue is not present.

In regards to withdraw module it was put in maintenance mode while the upgrade on AG nodes was happening. As you know AlphaBay is huge and although withdraw is a module on its own, we have to prioritize to make sure such race condition as with the deposit module is not present in the withdraw module itself (or the pre-requirements for it to be there in the system). Any pending withdraws were obviously processed few hours back but due to triple checking everything works I am posting this just now. If anyone who has not received previously syncs their wallet will see it with many confirmations back.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Such a specific and rare kernel issue is something truly random and not too much can be done without spending days on end writing a custom patch which might also cause unexpected outcome. Now everything is working as intended and as expected. If there are any issues please raise a support ticket. We appreciate your patience and business.

I have bolded it for you. We have made clear the way of resolving the issue at hand which is at certain moments some withdraws were not processed as we were in maintenance. If there had been an issue we always compensated vendors or users that is an undisputable fact and something no other market does. Again go off the FUD train and exercise patience like everyone else as your matter will not be resolved quicker.

I have a ticket that needs resolving, its not super urgent but I havent had any reply on any ticket in months. You are the person it was elevated to.

It is NOT working fine.

It is working INCONSISTENTLY. One day it works. Next day it doesnt.

We are missing close to 40 XMR total in withdrawals since 01 / 11 / 22

We are a Level 7 vendor and are not spreading FUD. We want out money, and days have passed and no reply on the ticket I opened last week. And still missing those coins.

If you have already opened a support ticket on the marketplace then rest assured you will be attended to by the assigned support moderator on your case and they will escalate/assist you further. Please refer to it (try and put a new message inside it to bump it up) and be patient.

No outstanding support ticket will go unanswered.
