Hello, I just wanted to inquire about when Recon service might return. I know you don't rush things, but with Daunt's mirrors being accessible to users with certain trust levels I hope it can come back to be used by customers.
I assume you are rewriting it in some way but please consider hosting it again as-is until you are finished.

Currently we are focusing on keeping the main Dread onion online. If we bring recon back online it will get attacked right away and take away more of our resources. Setting up a service in our network requires a lot of resources. Deploying the main servers (which are extremely expensive) and setting up a lot of fronts. Which also drives the monthly bills up a lot.
Recon was in the middle of a major rewrite, basically from the ground up. Once we started getting attacked we were forced to push recon down the pile of work. Once the PoW is here or we can keep the main Dread onion online we will spend more time working on getting recon back online with the new update.

very unfortunate, but understandable. as a newer vendor with a small store it would definitely encourage me to open shop in more markets if there was a place all my reviews could be aggregated.

I can't wait for Recon to return, it was a good addition to the dark-net scene. It was very easy to look up vendors and their reviews!
