You know those support guys who will respond to your post in nearly instant fashion whenever you post about the market their affiliated with ? It seems like they are online pretty much 24/7 because if u make a post on dread you best believe they will be the next ones commenting & giving you info you likely already knew. Idk exactly how it works but look.... if you put these guys in charge of disputes or support on market I bet Crypto you would have a very well lubed market... Not one person would be waiting days or weeks just to get a problem resolved. The DNM is sometimes good when you things go smoothtly in your favor but God forbid you need help or have an issue with market, you are basically fucked at the point, good luck.
Oh and if this post seems familiar.. it is because I make a similar post on my new account every time I come back, because for some reason i often get the same feels of dispair and Dread when I attempt to buy drugs on the internet.. Fuck :(

quantity staff over quality imo.. i dont know why no markets have tapped the contact center scammers in india for this job.
jokes aside, i think the issue is that there are problems with trust when it comes to handling disputes from the market admins and their staff. you're essentially having to trust an anonymous dark net denizen to not scam/steal/get bribed on disputes. when you find it hard to build up that trust it usually ends with any substantial issues bottle necking with the admins themselves who are usually busy af doing higher value tasks.
